easyJet to Launch New Route from Southend
easyJet has announced the launch of its newest route between Southend and Edinburgh on May 2nd 2013
Flights will operate year round daily except Saturdays and tickets are on sale now with fares from £27.49 per person one way including taxes (based on two people flying on the same booking).
The news comes soon after easyJet announced three new routes from Southend to Berlin, Newquay and Krakow bringing the total number of easyJet routes from the airport to fifteen with just under 200 flights to and from the airport each week. easyJet operates from other London bases at Stansted, Gatwick and Luton and the additional Southend flights mean that the airline now provides over 10,000 seats per day between London and Scotland.
