Wizz Air Two New Routes From Liverpool

Wizz Air has announced two new routes from Liverpool John Lennon Airport: to Budapest and to Katowice.

The low-cost airline will begin a twice-weekly service (Wednesday and Sunday) between Liverpool and the Hungarian capital in March 2016. Flights are on sale now with fares starting from 28.49 one-way including taxes and charges.

Also in March 2016, the airline will commence three-times-weekly flights between Liverpool and to Katowice in the south west of Poland. It will operate the route on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays and seats are on sale from 24.49 one way.

Wizz Air commenced operations from Liverpool John Lennon Airport in late 2004 operating flights to the Polish capital Warsaw and the Baltic coastal city of Gdansk. The airline increased its capacity on both these routes in 2015 as well as launching flights to Riga, the capital city of Latvia.
