Wales Opens First Underground Trampoline

The world's largest underground trampoline centre has opened in North Wales.

Bounce Below is located in the disused Llechwedd Slate Caverns at Blaenau Ffestiniog. Huge trampoline-like nets have been hung within two vast chambers at varying levels, linked together by walkways and slides, the biggest of which is a 60 foot slide.

To add to the experience, the cavern is lit with a technicoloured light display illuminating the cavern with vibrant colours, showing off the remains of the Victorian slate mine.

The adventure lasts approximately one hour and is open year-round. Visitors will be supplied with cotton overalls and safety helmet before being taken to the impressive 200 x 60 foot cavern, by an old mining train, where everyone is free to bounce, climb and slide.

Introductory ticket price is 15.
