Prestige Holidays Expands UK Options for 2012
Prestige Holidays has expanded its range of UK holiday options for 2012. Jersey is the latest destination to join its Essentially Prestige 'Closer To Home' collection which also features Guernsey, Alderney, Sark and Herm in the Channel Islands and St Mary’s, Bryher, Tresco and St Martin’s in the Isles of Scilly.
Breaks start from £265 for a three-night stay in its new Guernsey property Cobo Bay Hotel. The family-run boutique hotel is located on the West Coast near St Peter Port. The package includes return flights from Southampton using Flybe services, airport transfers and bed and breakfast accommodation in a standard room. Prices in Jersey start at £320 for a three-night break at the Merton Hotel on bed and breakfast basis, with flights from Southampton and airport transfers.
On the island of Sark, the operator has added two boutique hotels, Aval du Creux and La Moinerie. New in the Isles of Scilly programme are the Crebenick and Westford Houses in St Mary’s Hugh Town. Packages in the Isles of Scilly start from £310 per person for a three-night break at the Belmont guest house on St Mary’s with flights from Lands End and transfers.
In addition to flights to Guernsey from Southampton, Essentially Prestige is offering packages from Birmingham, Bournemouth, Bristol, East Midlands, Exeter, Gatwick, Manchester, Norwich, Southampton and Stansted airports. Flights are available to Alderney from Norwich and Southampton. Jersey departures are from Birmingham, Bournemouth, Bristol, Cardiff, East Midlands, Exeter, Glasgow, Liverpool, Leeds Bradford, Gatwick, Newcastle, Manchester, Southampton and Stansted. The operator is also offering helicopter flights from Penzance to St Mary’s or Tresco, ferry from Penzance to St Mary’s and direct flights to St Mary’s from Lands End, Newquay, Exeter, Bristol and Southampton.
