Loganair Summer 2014 Now On Sale

Loganair has announced that its schedule of flights for Summer 2014 is now on sale.

Services up to and including September 9 2014 are bookable, with flights after that date to be made available in early December 2013.

The Flybe franchise partner is introducing a number of enhancements to its schedule, which will offer over 500 flights each week. These include more flights between Sumburgh and Aberdeen, Edinburgh and Glasgow. For the full Summer season, five flights will operate to Aberdeen, three to Edinburgh, and the daily Glasgow flight will be bolstered with additional frequency on Mondays and Fridays.

Additionally, there will be three flights every weekday for the full season between Kirkwall and Edinburgh, as well as a fourth flight on Fridays between Kirkwall and Aberdeen during peak Summer and there will be additional frequency between Glasgow and Stornoway at the weekends during the Summer school holiday period.

Loganair recognises that Scotland will be in focus in 2014 with the Glasgow Commonwealth Games, Homecoming 2014 and the Ryder Cup and the airline hopes that their network of routes will encourage tourists to extend their visit to include a trip to the Western Isles, Orkney or Shetland, and for island residents to fly south and enjoy the sporting events in Glasgow.

Flights are available online at: www.flybe.com
