Loganair Announces New Services

Flybe franchise Loganair has announced additional flights between Aberdeen and Shetland and new routes from Norwich to Southampton and to the Isle of Man.

Loganair will introduce a fifth daily service (except Wednesdays) on the Aberdeen-Sumbrugh route between February 13 and March 30 2012 when the ferry service will be temporarily cut from a daily to three-times-a-week operation for an annual overhaul. Fares start from £36.65 one-way.

Following the popularity of Flybe's expanded timetable flights from Norwich to Manchester and new services to Exeter and Newquay, the airline has also announced two further brand new routes linking Norwich with Southampton and the Isle of Man for Summer 2012. Flights to Southampton will operate weekly on Saturdays from May 19 to October 27 and are expected to attract passengers sailing on the increasing number of cruises available from the port. Fares start from £49.99 one-way (£99.98 return) including all taxes.

The new link to the Isle of Man will launch on May 26 and services will operate weekly until September 8. Fares start from £59.99 one-way including all taxes.
