In response to demand, African Pride has launched a selection of fully escorted group tours from the UK.

The specialist luxury operator to Africa will operate each tour as a small group with a minimum of six and a maximum of eight depending on the destination. There are four options for 2016 and more planned for 2017 including one to Namibia.

The tours for this year are a 19-night 'South Africa in Springtime' tour departing September 19 with highlights including Cape Town (four nights with tours to Robben Island, Table Mountain and Cape Point), the Winelands (one night), whale watching in Hermanus (two nights), Oudtshoorn (two nights), the Garden Route (three nights), Pretoria and Johannesburg (two nights with a trip to Soweto) and safari in Kruger National Park (three nights). Prices start from £5,497 per person which includes all flights and taxes, accommodation in luxury hotels and guesthouses, all breakfasts, four lunches and three dinners, transfers and touring with entrance fees and the services of an African Pride Tour Leader from the UK for the duration of the tour.

A 15-night 'Wonders of Ethiopia' trip departing on November 30 2016 costs from £6,178, an 11-night 'Zimbabwe Highlights' tour departing on October 10 is priced from £5,740 and a 10-night 'Rwanda: Gorillas & Volcanoes' escorted tour leaving on November 14 starts from £6,798 per person.
